*NEW AFTER HOURS CLINIC - Starting Oct 2026*

Our new after hours clinics and existing same-day appointments are designed to reduce the traffic in local emergency departments. Patients should only seek an appointment for acute medical issues that need immediate attention.

 

Our clinics are available once weekly from Monday to Thursday. These appointments are booked on a first-come, first serve basis. We suggest you call in the morning as the appointments fill up quickly. Please note that we are not a walk-in clinic; this service is exclusively for registered patients of Cornelia Court Family Medicine.

Suitable urgent care appointments include:
- New and recent onset acute respiratory symptoms
- Urinary symptoms (potential urinary tract infection)
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Rash
- Abdominal pain
- Acute gastrointestinal symptoms

Non-urgent appointments encompass:
- Prescription refills
- Evaluation of ongoing issues with no changes in symptoms
- Follow-ups on chronic medical conditions
- Completion of forms

Patients seeking care for non-acute issues will be redirected from the after hours clinic and advised to contact their Primary Care Provider during business hours to schedule an appointment.
