Prescription Renewals

We currently do not accept online prescription renewals. We hope to have this service available in the near future. We encourage you to bring an up to date medication list to each appointment, to ensure medications do not run out.

You may request your pharmacist to fax our office with a prescription renewal request, or may call our office.

Please note, a $20 service fee applies to telephone and faxed prescription requests.
